Cavalier Mission Statement
To provide athletics for students in the Anderson SC area with a Christ-centered focus and an emphasis on students from home-educated backgrounds and students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play sports from homeschool, private school, charter school and public school settings. The athletic program is a ministry and should always be treated as such with an opportunity to grow in faith and reach out to others who need faith. The team will offer an outreach element to minister to young people from difficult or challenging backgrounds which should amount to a tithe or approximately ten percent of the team if the opportunity presents itself.

Communication Procedure
If a parent has a concern or issue with the Cavalier Athletics program, the parent should wait “48 hours” after a Cavalier event to express the concerns or issues. If it is an emergency situation (i.e.….health concerns, safety concerns, imminent risk, etc.), the parent may address the concern ASAP. We hope everyone will follow a course of reasonableness. Any issue or concern may be emailed to the head coach of the team after the 48 hour period. Hopefully, the issue or concern will be resolved with email communication. The Cavalier Board will be notified of the issue or concern. If email communication cannot resolve the issue or concern, a meeting will be set ASAP to help resolve the issues. The meeting will include the head coach and a Cavalier Board member. Any issue or concern may also be brought to the attention of a board member at any time.
